Introduction to the topic: This website will be explaining the cuban peoples fight through slavery and their fight to keep their traditions close to them and how even through hardships these people of the country named Cuba never once gave up on themselves and just submitted to their "superior race" they apposed them and fought for their equality and the change of the world.
The start for cubans stuck in bondage by people of the same species racially separating them from others because they were beneath them in a sense because of their skin tone and ethnicity they were born with. Therefore, having to endure punishment and suffering by the hands of others.
The struggles of native cuban slaves subjected to slavery and bondage under the hands of "better people". The image is showing cuban people working in the fields tirelessly day after day while being forced to be beneath someone else's heel. These fellow people of this earth have been subjected to working in fields and doing crops house work building multiple structures such as buildings and other things and yet are still treated like garbage and trash beneath others because of their race.
This image is showing us about the cubans and how even through their struggles in slavery and being in bondage they still kept their traditions with them no matter what happened and never lost themselves or their culture. Cuban people are having a whole festival having fun enjoying their time dancing in the specific costumes they wear for traditional festivals and so on.
Slavery in cuba started in the 16th century and was taken down/abolished by royal decree on October 7,1886. Throughout those years the cubans who were enslaved in the beginning submitted to it and through those years worked,worked,and worked. Later those years these very cubans who had submitted and handed away their lives to their "superiors" got their lifes back. Of course the start of this rebellion was a struggle as all things are but the cuban slaves got over their fears and fought to escape bondage and gain real freedom.
